Remove Parrent COntrol or Site or any application block in your router.....
1. On your desktop screen, click "Start".
2. Type "cmd" on the search box. This would open the MSDos window.
3. In the command prompt, type this commands "ipconfig /release" press 'ENTER', "ipconfig /renew" press 'ENTER', then "ipconfig /flushdns press 'ENTER'
4. Open Dota 2 and try to create a lobby game to confirm if it is successful.
