Dont buy. Because of a new update. Drops arent marketable now. So rarely. Items are sold. So people can make up any prices.

It's not worth very much.

I got a trade offer for it. I didn't want to buy it, but thanks for advice too.

Welcomed.

this is a common scam.

scammers get a common item, socket a common signature of a famous player on it.
both can be fetched from the market for like 10 eurocents.
then they offer the signatured item on he market for 200 euro or so.
remember, the seller sets the price, but that doesnt mean anybody will ever buy the item.
Since the combination of the particular item and the autograph is unique, there wont be other offers on the markes like that. That means you cannot check the item's real worth.

After this set-up, the scammers will try to sell the item to CS players who dont know the real value of Dota items and they think that the item is really expensive.

In this particular case, the real worth of the signatured item is around 50 eurocents.

There's a couple that's worth like, 10-50$, but most of the times it's a scam. Just so you know OP, because occasionally it's legitimate. Although usually it isn't.
