How to create Team on Dota 2 Reborn

Hello friend , did dota 2 reborn still didnt have menu to create a team ? Or Valve still doing something about this?

@Spirit of Thunder : Now in Dota 2 Reborn we can create team , just go to the Friend Button on dashboard then u click Tab about Team.

Hello Dear.....Now i find the way that we can Create Team or Manage Team.
On the left bottom side has Friends icon "3 People", right? Click on it and it will open a new dialog's friends, the top left side has 2 columns: one is "Friends" and other one is "Teams" that it.
