Minor problem with a mythical present. Help

So guys,basically i have a mythical ''level 15'' present that i can't open even tho im +lvl 15.
When i try to open the present,it says ''Your Dota profile isn't high enough level to use this yet.
I got the present a while ago (like 2 years ago) when the system was totally different than now,so maby today's server can't load the present anymore?

Should i contact Dota directly to see what is going on,so maby they will help?

u can still open it one last time when u have higher level, old level system not same as new, play more to open it

I once opened the Gunslinger umm bracelets? Something like that, it's Sniper's cosmetic. Now when I check on Maxplus it costs $200???
I heard that it's something about corrupted items but I need some more detailed information.

Corrupted items just have a worthless gem socketed on them. The 200$ thing is a scam perpetrated by CSGO traders to try to make a quick buck off of other oblivious CSGO players. The item + gem combined aren’t worth more than a couple pennies.
