No, we can't report the guy. You willingly gifted him pa arcana and confirmed your gifted on mobile app.

Never gift your items unless you really mean it.

who asks you to be greedy in the first place.

just because someone says he will pays this amount of $$$ to you for your item, then you instantly believe him and do the trade.........etc.

the worst part is that he will go say that he will pay $50 for your item but in truth, that item doesn't even cost $5 at all.

thats all 1 player i guess,he just ask our email and the pass then we will gift us Arcana(valuable item in Dota,but thats liar),he will break up our steam guard(it will take a couple days since that acc become cant make a trade and acces market for several day,but he will be acces your acc again when its done and stole your items)
