DotA2.exe has stopped working

Hey there everyone, Every time I try to launch DotA2 from steam it without fail crashes on startup ...
The traditional "DotA2.exe has stopped working"
how to fix?

then it means the file is corrupted or the folder itself got corrupted files.

i would suggest you to verify integrity of game cache.

i already done verify integrity of game cache. still the same...=.=

then the only way is to delete that exe file then verify integrity of game cache.

if it still doesn't fix the problem.

then do a clean reinstallation of the game.

clean installation means once you uninstall, restart computer then install the game again.

Dude, happend to me also..easy does it, you go to Avast (im using this damn antivirus for years and never had problems) , open interface-Settings->General-Exclusions and add dota2.exe from your steam folder as an exclusion.Easy as a pie.Hope that helps you.
P.S. Be carefull to add the exclusion on the main page of setting, cause if u add it as a scan exclusion, it won't work.

Verifica se o seu autolauncher nas propriedades do game não está habilitado com algum comando tipo "-vulkan" e etc..

Verify if your autolauncher on property of game not enabled with any command like "-vulkan" etc.

I got the same problem.. I tried using my main steam account on diff. Kinds of Computers, this problem still occurs.. But, when I use my smurf account (2nd account) Dota 2 works perfectly fine.. Can someone help me with this problem pls..?? I spent so much $$ on my main account and being unable to play Dota on it, sucks...
