HUD not appearing on day 22.

This started around yesterday when I decided to work on the plague doctor, and then after which I decided to exit out of the game. The plague doctor switched rooms, but then I noticed that my hud wasn't appearing on the screen, nor did it allow me to change the time. The only mods I have on is the: Detailed Info Mod, Solemn Lament Remake Mod, and Sound of Star Remake Mod.

PS: I tried restarting back to day 1 and doing it all over again, but when I got to day 22 the glitch happens again.

It's Solemn Lament Remake mod. I had the same issue, but from the very first day. I removed it and everything got fixed. Took me a while but i have found a solution. Basically it's an issue with your basemod, switch it out for lobotomy mod manager, that one still gets updates and a good chunk of newer mods need it.
