High Graphic Settings on 32-bit OS
If you are playing on a 32bit OS, your graphic settings will be limited to "Low" in every category at a display resolution of 1280 x 720.

However, you can - AT YOUR OWN RISK - enable 4-gigabyte tuning to increase the amount of virtual address space available to the application and thus enable higher graphic settings.

This may cause unforseen problems and instability, which is why we don't officially support the option, but we though to let you know in case you'd like to try.

To enable 4GT, please follow these instructions[msdn.microsoft.com]

Then, for added stability, make sure of the following:
  • Do not open any other applications while playing Obcidian Legacy.
  • Shutdown any unnecessary applications running in the background (NOT STEAM).

In short, you have two options for playing the game with a 32-bit OS:

With 4-gigabyte tuning enabled:
  • Graphic Settings: High or lower.
  • Resolution: 1280x720 or lower
Without enabling 4-gigabyte tuning:
  • Graphic Settings: Low ONLY
  • Resolution: 1280x720 or lower

We take no responsibility for any modifications you make to your own system.

What kind of settings will I get with an i7 3770K 3.5ghz, 16 gigs ram, 1600x900 monitor, on a 2 GB radeon r7 265?

Yeah I know a better video card and monitor would be good but it's the wife's comp lol. I guess the question I'm asking is, can I run it at all? I don't know much about the power or lack thereof on Radeon cards. And I really want to play this game. Thanks for your time, and sorry for the babbling :-)

I'll ask the devs and get back to you. What OS are you running?
