This plus cant access the puzzle weapon and other ingame pre order bonus items, assuming its one in the same issue.

The game opens on my secondary monitor. My second monitor is my left-most monitor. I can't move the game to the other monitor.

Need option for which monitor to use. Moved it once to correct monitor, on second launch can no longer move it with win-shift-arrow.

Cant change resolution - rit's always back to "2x1" whatever you setup.
Fullscreen mode permanently crashed the game.

Win10, Geforce 1080Ti, 399.24 driver version.

every time i close game it crashes (new file in folder CrashReportClient ) , and what really annoying is that it crashes while overwriting config, basically every time i close game config file is screwed.

deleting folder c:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\BardsTale4\ helps with broken resolution and not visible menu. But off course your settings will be lost (but they are lost every launch anyway)

SAme thing with fullscreen mode - black screen with something at top left corner. I can only speculate that applying fullscreen also screws config, and then applies screwed config so you get resolution something like 2x1

Hi Dev's
i have a problem with the temperature on the CPU & GPU

CPU is AMD FX-9590 normal 4.7GHz i downgrade it to 4.2GHz (Water-cooling)
Graphic Card is a AMD Radeon RX 580

the temperature lies normally between 35 and 60 Celsius on all Games.
In your Game , i reach 81 Celsius on both..CPU & GPU... i think this is a little to high for watercooling PC's ... and on 4K / 3840 x 2160 is the Game unplayable ( RAM on my PC is 32GB x2400)

I think with this Hardware , the Game must run like Hell without a barbecue on my CPU !!!

Same here, fullscreen impossible. FOV horrible, low FPS with great computer, 21:9 résolution is just a Zoom-in effec...and...NO PREMIUM content !

I have do the instalation of the game , the game was working nice , I have watched the introduction anime movie , and after have choice with the menu and in option : video graphic I change the original config to full screen and 1920*1080 resolution with auto detection of the best setting ( the game accord to me the "ultra setting video ) then I press ok, and imediatly after game crash I see nothing on screen just some colors, I disinstall game and reinstall it but nothing change I'm crashed and I cannot go back in the graphic setting because of the crash.... What can I do ???
