What has been done:
There is a different approach to the kit and levelling.
Higher levels unlock more specialized kit. Base level unlocks are usually more forgiving - does not make them less effective, as they are mostly all-rounders.

I am the author of the mod - the recent update kinda broke it.
It works with necron lord disabled - havent made the necron lord possible yet
Currently Space marine, IG, chaos are all done. Eldar is in the making.

Semi because i dont put a lot of time in the mod - but the addition of necron lord made me come back and start fixing it.

Is there anyway to download this currently and play it? I would definently be interested in it myself.

I think i will throw together a "Open Beta aka what is complete only" next week - it will then be uploaded. For now, its entirely SVN based. I will post the link here when i am done

I've waited for you this whole time, dude. You can't imagine how happy I am to see you're alive and continuing working on this mod.
Keep your head high! You an awesome and needed job. Screens are completely fappable.

I worry just for one thing: won't this mod broke my normal LS profile because of adding more than 20 levels? Maybe there is some way to split these stats?

It is not adding more than 20 levels. I have actually split items across the old 20 levels alright.
Just a bit more is unlocked at level 1 - not necessarily a bad thing.
The only type of "broken profile" possible is the one outlined in the OP.
