Will the Steam release of the game see these updates as well, whatever they are?...

No matter which controller I use (Xbox pro, PS5, any 8Bit Do, etc), my bombs fire when I press shoot. On both directional shoot buttons. Please help anyone. I enjoyed this very much on Genesis and really want to play this update. Thanks.

Obviously the last in-game (not Steam) achievement is the most difficult, requiring you to beat the game in the hardest difficulty without dying or using any bombs. Here's my question: If I'm trying for this achievement and I die in a level, can I quit back to the main menu and choose "continue" to re-start that level as though the death never happened?...

reminds me of U.N squad and simular side scrolling shooters.

I have played this game a lot since I got it, and I cannot get the "True Final Boss" ! have Google-searched it until the cows came home, went on vacation, and came home again: I can't find which hoops I have to jump through. Please, help me out if you can....
