I did not like to solution of using DreaMaker to apply translation due to its restrictions:
- It does not allow you to use your save files.
- It requires you to have all the rpgmaker files decrypted in your folder.
So, I decided to implement a new translation system for Rakuen: https://github.com/JoaoFelipe/rakuen-translation
This translation system loads the translation at runtime, allowing us to test it with existing saves *, and allowing users to have multiple translations installed, with the possibility to select them in the title menu.
* if you activate the $DEBUG flag, it is even possible to reload the translation by walking to other maps.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to use DreaMaker dialogues.txt with this system. So, if anyone is willing to create a converter, please let me know. It could save a lot of work from us (Brazilian Portuguese team)
