Submitting Feedback

You can submit feedback in several places:

• In-game by opening the menu and clicking 'Feedback' on your PC (not in VR) - best for short feedback items

Tips for Submitting Bugs & Feedback

Reproduction Steps
Please be as clear and detailed as possible when describing the steps you took to encounter the issue, especially if it’s a bug. The more information you provide, the faster we’ll be able to investigate and develop a solution. If we know exactly how to reproduce the issue in the studio, there’s a better chance we’ll turn-around a resolution quickly.

Please also tell us if you can recreate the issue or not. Does the issue happen every time you start Level 9, only sometimes? Did you frequently teleport through the world and fall forever, or was it just that one weird time?

Screenshots
Screenshots pls! If you’re not sure how to describe what you saw, take a picture and post it to one of our channels with the other details.

On the HTC Vive handset, hold down the Steam button (below the touchpad) and squeeze the trigger at the same time to take a screenshot. You’ll see a small confirmation in the lower area of your headset’s view when your screenshot is captured successfully.

On Oculus, use the menu button left controller and the right trigger to take a screenshot.

Strong Language
We all love games (that’s why we make them for a living!), and we’re pretty passionate about them, especially when we really care. That kind of passion probably isn’t a bad problem for a developer to have!

However, littering comments with expletives and other excessively gratuitous expressions of disappointment may actually obfuscate your message, which makes it more likely that we misunderstand the issue you’re describing. We welcome criticism, but we would prefer if it was concise and to the point.
