So after the PSN stuff now i can't purchase this game nor Ghost of tsushima.

what's going on, am i permanently cant play these games ?

Cuz Sony, in their infinite wisdom, instead of foregoing the PSN requirement, decided that it was an easier solution to just ban every country that doesn't get PSN, than to adjust their plans.

You can't buy it because the game is delisted in your country, but those people who are in those said delisted countries can still play the game IF they bought it before the delisting. The only thing you can do right now is wait until they allow you to buy it, but that may be a few weeks or even months of waiting depending if Sony is feeling generous

You can ask a friend from your steam list to gift you the game, and you send him money some other way. Avoid using VPN because that can get you banned in Steam

the problem is i have a regional prices, so if my friend wants to gift it, it will be more expensive than the usual price i pay for games

Nah, Steam has stated that it was sony who asked for the games to be unlisted.

It is retribution for the anti-PSN protests. Sony is no longer doing business at all where PSN isn't allowed, so any Sony published game is going to no longer be available in those countries.
