I have completed all the side quests and explored all reachable areas and am left with just the main question in my log that says to find papers or find a way around. Not sure what I'm not triggering. Does anyone have any clue what I may have missed?

So I funded this game, got the key, and downloaded it. In the beginning, I had problems with lagging which I guess was due to the patches. Every now and then, the game would quit out on its own and return to the title screen (not really TOO much of a problem thanks to autosave). Now, I try to load it and it doesn't play at all.
