Steam cache got me backrolled PLEASE HELP

I had to choose if i would wanted to use the files on cloud or computer. I just choose one of them random, because i didn't quite expect that it would actually go back to like 52 % done with the game, instead of the 65 % i was at. Is there any way i can get my old saves back, or do i have to do all thoose missions again? Please answer :)

same ♥♥♥♥, bro. I had 36 level (75% done) and now 26 with 54% done of the game. this ♥♥♥♥ happened yesterday when I "wanted to use the files on cloud or computer" as you said and I have choosen "computer".

Happened to me yesterday too. Throwed me back for from 70% to 20. Both of you are ♥♥♥♥♥♥, even if not as hard as i am :D

One thing that may work,

Go to "\Steam\userdata\*(your # here*\55230"

First copy the folder named "remote" to somewhere safe, and then right click on the original "remote" folder.

Select properties, then click on the "previous versions" tab.

If you have a previous version you can try restoring it. Unfortunately the restored save might be older than your cloud save, so if it is, you will need to replace the "remote" folder with the backup you made earlier.
