why is it still at this price tag ?

Its so sad tbh, I've played a LOT of Toukiden 1 and Kiwami on PSVita, wanted to try Toukiden 2 but even steam keys resellers are selling it 36 euros min.

Both games go for 50-60% off tops! Still feels a lot especially compared to other titles! Has the franchise ever gone lower than as of right now? Or is 60% as good as it gets? Had my eyes on the franchise for legit 2 years now but it's not going any lower :')...
