Cannot talk

Hello and HappyNewYear.
So I have been in touch with problem, which is, when I host a server (friends-only), sometimes I am not able to talk, like voice communication. Seems like it does not appear to understand when im clicking "C" to talk. And somehow in next episode of campaign I am again free to talk. Is that some kinda glitch for me or is it problem for some more people?
