Crashing

My L4D2 just crash after 2 minutes from playing, any mode , it crashes just like closing the game back back to desktop!! any solution ??????????? i deleted the game and reinstall it, no use

The game also keeps crashing on my computer, specially, when the Message of the day pops up, when I join a game, and when graphic gets a little intense.

This is weird because I was experiencing the same thing. I would join a game and after a while my game would just close to the desktop as if I alt+f4'ed out, when I actually didn't. I verified the game files, uninstalled any mods I had, restarted the computer, and still the same thing would happen. I'll let you guys know if it keeps happening or if I find a way to solve the issue.

I'm getting droped while playing Counter Strike Source also. This started 3 days ago. i thoought it may be my Comcast but it's clean. I also tried some other CSS servers and the same thing. My ATT Dsl's are also clean. if i were a betting person I wouls suppect that it's another Steam Problem again.

OOH I KNOW PICK ME I KNOW THIS HAPPENED TO ME ON MY N5030!!!!! change resolution to 1024x whatever it is under norma i forgot THEN chose run in windowed mode IT WILL FLASH BLACK for a few seconds and the audio will repeat THEN it will play! your welcome mang!!

Recently started experiencing crash to desktop when running a Windows 64 OS , due to a faulty Valve update. Crash does not happen when using 32bit - either XP Pro or 7 Pro.

not a faulty valve update, your graphics card is struggling is what causes it, try turning settings down and run at the resolution i recomended earlier in windowed mode.
