You mean the map editor? Cause that's hardly a possibility. To many stuff and detials needed for L4D2, plus huge maps.
If such editor would be made, the maps would look blocky, nothing interesting and it would burn your eyes.

Doesn't mean you have to kill zombies in aperture science, just that they would make it a little easier to make and share maps.
