cant load maps

every time i try to load a map it says the game reqiures consistinsy for the file "gnome.txt"
please help if u know how to fix this i searched for the file and cant find it

my only guess is that the file is for gnome chompski the garden gnome who gives you health regen
but sadly i kinda never had that problem...so....sorry

it might possibly be an addon so im trying to see if thats the problem
