Why Doesnt Anybody Make Diffrent Zoey Skins?

Lol... I totally understand what you mean! TBH, I'm not a fan of Zoey. I've seen one variant of her I like, but other than that, the mods are SEVERLY lacking for her.

Poor girl. Either people are SUPER happy with the way she is (and is in a bikini) and don't want to ruin it, or when it comes to Zoey, people just aren't creative.

The teen angst model? Thats exists. The default model is good, just needs good reskins. I've a got particularly nice Cannible Corpse skin, though that may not appeal to everyone. Still, it's one of the highest quality reskins for the default model.
