my game stops working!

my game starts i skip cut scean ike every body else but then justs craches and stops tell me why?????

I just reinstalled Steam so thought it was just me. I'm getting the same thing.

the same happened to me but all my games stoped working. you might have a hidden corrupted file somewere. i had a repair guy come over to look at it and he backed up and restored the data. you will not lose any progress on any game if you do so.

what i do is deleting all addons in your main left for dead file in you pc then restart steam, it fixes everyones problem, because one addon can conflict with another and it either causes a big crash or really bad and unplayable lag

iv tryed deleating those addonse and it still didnts work and i serched it on the internet

try this, i had pretty much the same problem. in your launch settings for Left 4 Dead 2, type in ' -windowed '. Its not perfect to play on but if it works, it works, right?
