HELP ME!!!!

since i downlaoded the game i have been able to play it once, it worked just fine, ran perfectly, the next day i got in a group with my friends, went through the loading screen, and then it crashed, it crashed so hard that windows crashed, the audio looped and the screen went from nothing to black (in the sence of a screen thats turned off) i have no mods and i have tryed validating files, can any body tell me how to fix this, i really want to be able to play the game i payed for

usually an audio loop crash followed by a black screen is a conflcit with your sound card/drivers or failing vram.
