REALLY IMPORTANT!!!! PLZ READ!!! Can't play DeathCraft2 campaign due to "the requested map is unavailable"

Can't play campaign due to "the requested map is unavailable" *FIXED
So i have downloaded ALL the maps for deathcraft2 (episode 1 2 3 4 5 6 and even 7) But yet it still fails to let me play. I can not figure out why it doesnt work. So i have disabled all but ONE (the first deathcraft 2 episode) like i was told to do by dev, and the files are said to confilict. I have no idea why it fails to start and i would really like to play. Others seem to have this problem and solving this would be helpful for me and many others. Please answer. Thankyou in advance! When i putted all the Episodes on and clicked on 'Play' it said ''Missing models/infected/hunter.mld'' or something like that. Plz put a link for the download if you know the download.

look at http://www.l4dmaps.com/. There are custom maps in full files (zip-> *vpk file). just put the *.vpk file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons. If it still dont works try to remove exsisting addons from this folder to e.g. your desktop because some addons are conflicting each other.

Deathcraft II is well-known to conflict with practically everything it can. As stated before, try moving your other addons to another place while you play Deathcraft II.
