You buy the new hat set for the new left4dead3 game that Valve added, and place the crown upon her head.

Which then gives you choice of 2 crates where if you trade 2 more hats gives you a key to unlock 1. Then you just need to donate 10 dollars to Valve to earn the second key to unlock a crate with a new rare hat to prove you aren't a noob.
