Console opens on start

Very wierd...this is what I get, when my game starts up, a console window opens, and takes up half the screen (and no, I'm not hitting the " ~ " key):

Ok, I've never enabled ANY of these console commands, I've never had a need for cheats...so this makes me wonder where exatcly did all these cheat commands came from in the first place (if that is what they rally are), and, most of all, how do I make them go away?

Hamachi is disabled when L4D runs, so that makes me wonder why it's listed at all...

and yeah, everything is updated and verified...

type this without the quots "-autoconfig" in the game properties/set launch options box
I'm fairly sure this will reset the commands.

If that doesn't work, you should try to find your game configuration file in your Steam directory and clear its content. For Left for Dead 2, this file is located here
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\cfg\config.cfg

I found that on another steam post looking up how to reset the console commands for you.
EDIT changed the post as I found the file path also thats the 64bit path remove the (X86) part for 32 bit verisons just to let you know.
