maybe your PC specs are too bad? give us your pc informations, maybe we can figure it out.

Core I7, 8GB RAM, but Intel HD Graphics... a lot of games worked well here, Max Payne 3 for example. May it be related to the configs of the game?

I verified the files, 1 was missing and had to be replaced, but the problem wasn't fixed.

I do it with script, or command in initializing options? I've input 2 codes:
-windowed -noborder and -sw -noborder
Didn't fixed the problem too.

I realized that the problem happens in the menus too.
