[Linux] [Bug] In-game mod menu shows b's and f's instead of checkboxes

Anyone else getting this? Instead of checkboxes, it shows a gray "f" when the mod isn't selected, and a white "b" when it is selected, instead of checkboxes like it should show.

Not a show-stopper of course, but strange and a bit confusing. XD

If it wasn't for the gray/white difference so that you couldn't tell the difference between enabled and disabled, then it'd be a lot more annoying.

I'm using pretty vanilla Arch Linux and have the same problem. Are you guys on Ubuntu?

Aaah it's so nice, more and more Linux games coming out every day and being announced, and blowing the stupid anti-Linux troll arguments out of the water. :3

This is such a great time to ditch spyware Windows and $$$ Mac and join the penguin ranks!

It happens on Mac too. It's an oddity, but doesn't really interfere with any aspect of the game, doesn't even look bad, just odd, and the rest of the game runs perfectly fine. I have Windows 10 and it's♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Never lets my processor idle. Ever. In Linux when my computer is doing nothing, it's literally doing nothing. Whatever spyware they put into Windows 10 never lets my processor be completely idle. (The lights are always flickering, constantly, whereas in Linux they only flicker when stuff is going on like moving the mouse or running a program, etc)

Not at all surprised, Windows is a resource hog, and seriously makes me wonder how much faster HDDs and other components all wear out in a Windows computer vs. a Linux computer.

Let's not even talk about how much activity goes on when Windows is not in use overnight XD (defragging and doing other crap that makes the HDD run full-blast nearly constantly)

Upgrading to Linux from Windows 7/8 and completely rejecting Windows 10 is the best course of action for everyone. Dual-boot until you ween off the Windows-only games and start playing only Linux games or play them via WINE.
