Freezing while loading a new map

Sometimes the game freezes while loading a new map, I'd say it happens about 25% of the time so it's still playable but it's starting to get annoying, I tried searching on google but it seems that I'm the only one with this problem...

I already tried to verify the cache and rebuild audio but it didn't change anything.

By the way I'm using windows 8

I have a similar problem... My game is closing when the load is complete, or sometimes on the start menu, without reason.
