Question
Are you able to still run Custom games thru console and invite friends with Connect IP? cause I haven't played this in years and my friend wanted to play and I did the same as before but he couldn't join, what's happening?

Not that I know of..

Get Admin System mod. It is like console games, but minus a few things, and your friends can still join your local servers.

Hmm? Where can you get that? workshop? will it allow me to edit settings like via Console? maybe more?

Like tank hp? no. But you can spawn weapons, teleport, change gravity, inifinite ammo, a good mod to mess around with. But yes, in workshop.

Does it work to just do a local host from lobby? Don't think the console method really allows others to join your game.

It used to if anything was changed, I mean to run with cheats on, open map via console + game type, and Exec file (Since I can't mod this is the closest thing I can to custom gameplay) so I can apply certain tweaks for custom game and have friends join in the fun, I'm not sure if anything has changed since a few years back or something has been done to prevent this for fun.
