DO NOT GIVE UP ! Let's take another approach. Take out a pistol. Use a pillow with the pistol. Use it as a silencer to kill the Spitter. And if you can, tie up the femBoomer & the Witch. There might not be options to take it down without covering yourself in vomit. And you do not want to shoot a LOUD shotgun to try crowning that Witch. Grab whatever supplies you can. Find family and / or friends. Then try to survive.
