How to activate uncensored lfd2 version in australia? (purchased after uncensored re-release)

hello i live in australia and have recently started playing left for dead 2 after purchasing it a while ago(29 oct. 2016) in a bundle with the original left for dead. I know that the uncensored version was released in aus way before this date however i still appear to have the censored version with bodies disapearing instantly, zombies not catching on fire and no dismemberement. Does anyone please know anyway to fix this?
