No they confirmed on Twitter that you can still unlock those cheats in game, deluxe just unlocks them straight from the start.

No they're not. They're buyable with ingame cash (and only with ingame cash) in the Standard edition.

No not necessarily, I can think of several games that have them that aren't grindy at all, Fallout springs to mind. Forced grind in games like this are usually there to encourage you to buy progress with micro-transactions, but these boosters aren't MTs, there just in game power ups so forced grind wouldn't make sense.

Maybe google or another company should offer them an AI to babysit them through the game? Maybe this could be a new sector to become rich? Or get some trained monkeys and offer them a banana for finishing your mission?

Yeah no. I'm not buying this game; and probably won't play it even I get the base game for free. I don't have the time nor patience to deal with this BS unfortunately.
