Can't purchase game !

Everytime I try to buy this game with my pay pal steam tells me it cant complete the transaction but I can buy any other game...anyone else have this problem??

Yes, I am having this problem, too. I get the message "There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance."

I had the same problem too! I´m waiting to get the transaction refunded to try again. Never had any problem with Paypal before.

Since other people here have the same problem, it seems to be specific to this game. Can the publishers check that there was no unwanted region or other lock placed on the game? I suspect that when a loyalty discount was applied for people who had the first Bullet Soul, a lock was placed for people that do not have Bullet Soul.

I was buying the game to participate in the score competition that ends in a few days. If I can't buy it in the next day or two, and if the contest is not extended, I think I'll just pass on the game.

Hello, just got a mail from steam confirming the purchase as it normally does (but 2 days later) and the game now appears in my library.
I didn´t do anything for this to happen, it seems like the transaction took a while to clear.
Maybe they are looking into the problem.

Edit.:However, my PayPal Account was charged - no game

Edit: After 3 Days i get a Confirmation of my Purchase from Steam and Game is in my Library.Problem solved.

buy transaction was broken, no game was delivered but paypal was charged. i wrote steam support and they fixed it for me.

how long does it take that steam resolve your issue? I´ve been waiting for 26 hours now and no reply from Support.Paypal was charged - no Game.
