Was able to play on PS4 equivalent settings with a 3.2 GHz i3 and the Mobility Radeon M470X
I can run the game smoothly with this settings:
Display resolution: 1366x768
Window mode settings: Full Screen
V-Sync: ON
Screen Quality: Maximum
Anti-Aliasing: Maximum
Post Processing: Maximum
Shadow Setting: Maximum
Texture Setting: Maximum
FX Setting: Maximum
I can run SOULCALIBUR VI with 60fps
I can run even Tekken 7 with 60fps
Doing an online check that card is very similar to a 660 but I think the 660 it slightly better, but not by very much at all.
edit: released in 2012 = time to upgrade ^^
There's nothing wrong with the minimum requirements. The GTX 670 might be two generations older than a GTX 1050, but it's also two tiers up the product line. If you look at benchmarks on Youtube, the 670 is only a tiny bit slower (<10 fps give or take) than a GTX 1050 TI. It's probably on par with a GTX 1050.
Besides, the developers overshooting the requirements is actually a good thing. That means people on underpowered hardware won't get their hopes up, and we don't have threads full of people complaining that the game runs like crap on their Intel HD graphics-equipped laptop.
