Soulcalibur is installed to my H drive, Steam to my D drive.
The install got stuck at 4.6GB due to lack of drive space despite both drives having plenty of space free. My E drive however, a 120GB SSD containing 2 Total war games and the Witcher 2 I noticed had mysteriously become full.
After looking around the steam files I discovered the steam download folder on my E drive contained 9GB data for Soulcalibur. After deleting that the update restarted and again stopped at 4.6GB in steam having created a Soulcalibur download folder on E containing 9GB.
