Soloing Police stations, prison, and airport

Is there any way to solo the airport (To get to the top of the ATC), solo police stations (for prison cards and police pickup), and soloing the prison? I can't keep a persistent base due to greifers, bugs landing me in the middle of the ocean with all my stuff, and constant waves of zombies. I don't have friends to play with.

ammo check !. taking out the mag to see the cartridges inside or pull out the cylinder revolver to see the ammo left! this is a priority

It is possible to do these POI's solo, I've done the Police Station and Airport many times alone and the Prison once alone. It is difficult, no doubt, but you just need bring enough ammo to learn where to retreat to in order kill the zombies before they reach you. I usually try to only fight a section of the POI at a time to make it more manageable.
