While the game runs an unlimited FPS of 1000 or so, in menues, it drops to 1 FPS and barely moves. AMD Software shows a 100% microstutter rate at that. I tried virtually everything. So, I've been playing this game on and off for a while. I read online about how you should use impede and delay and such. It would make bosses much easier. I find this game so incredibly frustrating at times. Normal enemies are ridiculously easy. As soon however I encounter a boss things go south.
