It's a long shot but could you try this?
Go to C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Hospital\Cloud\<#####>\Saves and delete your save files? Then run the game as Admiinistrator and see if it works. It might be that some save files got broken between patches.
Thanks for your suggestion, but unfortunately this is a no-go as well. As the game fails to launch at all, it also means I can't provide support with crash logs.

That is a shame. The only other thing I can think of is to disable your anti-virus on the off chance that it might be blocking something. I hope you get it fixed.
I was having the Loading screen issue, but I am happy to tell you that now that I have installed the beta, I was able to start the game and build the first two rooms. I'll test it longer later on, but I wanted to thank you already for the nice work fixing this and letting me starting the game :-) !

I'm still having full system crashes while playing. I've had one blue screen but mainlly the PC will freeze and require a hard reset. I have never experienced that with this PC.
