You asked for it, we’ve prescribed it! Two Point Hospital Sandbox: Freeplay is coming soon!

Never let it be said that Two Point Studios isn’t listening to its audience! Over the last couple of months we’ve seen many of you asking for a free play mode, and today we are excited to announce that YOU GOT IT, SCRUBS! We’re totally doing it.

So… what is Sandbox: Freeplay? Essentially, it’s Two Point Hospital your way. All you’ll need to do is play through the first 3 levels of the game to unlock it, then you can create sandbox hospitals in any of the 15 levels available in the game!

Whether you’re a malevolent god or a beneficent sky being, use your unlimited cash and Kudosh to affect everything within your sandbox hospitals. Don’t want any epidemics? Turn ‘em off! Don’t want to see any queues ruining the aesthetic of your perfectly designed Healthcare Empire? BAN THEM! And, to continue our recent customisation theme, you can also rename any of your hospitals to whatever you like! Sweary Medical Institution names incoming, we’re sure 😉

If you haven’t visited Two Point County recently, you may have missed our totally spoopy Spooky Mode. Pumpkin heads roam the halls to some brand new creepy music… and you should definitely plan to visit before it’s too laaaaaaate! Spooky Mode will be available until just after Halloween.

That is positive news indeed. So you can set temperatures and patients like a scenario. I take it that you can also set the available job applicants (I remember there was a level where only staff without any qualification came.

It is still limited to the 15 hospitals however, so not an option (yet) to create your own hospital layout ?

Yes, you can select what kind of temperature the hospital should have and also if only junior should be available.
If you're interested, I encourage you to opt in to the beta.
