What is the difference between Continue and NG+?
I know that once I finish the game I can continue playing by clicking continue or NG+. What changes are there if I prefer to continue and not make a new plus game?

NG+ is much harder because all the zombies in all zones will be matched with your level or lvl 9 if I'm not wrong. If you just finished game and just play continue some zones have lvl 2 zombies and all loot for boxes are only going up to lvl 6 I believe. Only special bandit loot boxes give you lvl 8 or 9 items. Also in NG+ you start your game from beginning and you can re-do all the quests and choose different outcomes of you want. You keep all your items and your stash. Just warning If you go to NG+ you won't be able to go back to your save game from before if you don't have a backup saved.

So continuing a game doesn't increase the level or the loot, but doing NG+ does increase everything?
continue means continue playing the open world in your finished save. NG+ means you start a new game with all your old equipment and skills.

Like everyone said but also if you beat the game in ng+ you get a renegade mask

Oh thanks but So doing several extra games increases the difficulty of the game even more or does it only increase the first time you create one?

No, but you won't be able to max them all out, or get all the Inhibitor's in one go.

You could totally max legend in one go. I'm at 120 and haven't finished the story yet.

NG+ also have XP boost.
Every time you move onto next NG+ cycle, bonus XP will increase
