Can they be played "as is" or would it be better (for OCD reasons) to wait until they are all here and then buy them as a pack? I mean, would there be story holes, due to playing them out of sequence?

Unless I'm just REALLY missing something here, there's an issue where you need to use a castle symbol in a puzzle.... looking at the in-game guide, it looks like it's in front of one of the wedding gifts (the pile directly in front of the castle gate)... but I completed some other puzzle aspect of it, and now I can't click on them anymore....

(potential spoilers) According to the guide, I'm supposed to be using the blue marble to do a puzzle in the king's bedroom, but while I get a magnifying glass over the puzzle, when I click on it nothing happens. The hint is useless, it tells me there's nothing more here in every room I go to....
