I've taken a few "swap out the data" missions, and each time I have done as instructed, but the complete response is that they need me to wait while they verify. I'm not sure what this means, but I've had the following results from waiting: (a) clean systems as usual and wait = email that mission expired + drop to reputation, (b) don't clean systems as usual and wait = traced and caught.
