AMD Adrenalin 24.9.1 breaks Lumen Global Illumination

After I installed the latest AMD drivers for my RX 7800 XT, darker areas started to have blotchy light spots when moving/looking around which would update slowly to the proper lighting condition. This isn't the case on the previous driver.

I don't know if this is a AMD, UE 5 or Satisfactory issue.

i did read some where a while back that a certain AMD gpu driver update can cause issues, i would roll back if the last was working fine.....

I already rolled back but I still felt I need to report it somewhere so hopefully the issue can be resolved in either next Satisfactory or AMD driver update.

it's an AMD issue with some drivers i believe....been around awhile...
