One way to solve this would be to install the standalone version from here:
http://www.futuremark.com/downloads/pcmark10.zip
Once installed, the redistributables are installed and then Steam version would also work.
You can also install them manually. Following redists are required:
Visual C++ 2012
Visual C++ 2013
Visual C++ 2015 or 2017 (both work and only one of these can be installed)
Both 32bit and 64bit versions of all three are needed.
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 32bit
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 64bit
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 64bit
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 x86
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 64bit
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 x86
Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 64bit
Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x86
Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 64 bit
Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 x86
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 64bit
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x86
But i'll try a reinstall of all
