Fresh install "No Graphic Memory" Error
Hi all!

I just got this game (and DLC) as a gift on 2/19 and I haven't been able to get it to successfully launch yet. The error that I always get is:

HWライブラリーエラー
ERROR : Graphic::Startup() FAILED.
No graphic Memory

Here's an image of what it looks like

Apparently it's a fairly common issue since a simple search comes up with plenty of possible fixes, however nothing I have tried so far as helped at all. Here's a short list of things that I've tried so far:
Restarting steam/computer
Re-installing game/DLC
Re-installing Graphics driver
Tried the d3d9.dll fix
Tried installing the FAR mod (and setting the AdapterOverride=0)
Tried renaming the .exe game file (apparently this helps some people...)
Tried setting the default launch to both windowed and fullscreen

Besides that, here's what the steam console has to say:
GameAction [AppID 524220, ActionID 14] : LaunchApp changed task to SynchronizingCloud with ""
GameAction [AppID 524220, ActionID 14] : LaunchApp changed task to SiteLicenseSeatCheckout with ""

At this point I'm just hoping there's something I can do. I've waited to play this game for a long time so it's super upsetting that it's so broken xD

It looks like the game isn't initialising quite right on your graphics card for some reason. The card itself is more than good enough (I've played the game on a near identical PC to yours) so it's either not trying to run on it, is encountering some sort of error with your resolution, or there's something wrong with the drivers (very unlikely, since you've said you've reinstalled them).

I notice you're using two monitors that seem to be mapped to a single desktop, this is the only thing that looks even slightly unusual in your system so let's get some of the basics here out of the way: ensure your monitors are plugged into the graphics card and not the motherboard, if they both are then try disabling all but your one primary monitor and running the game again.

If there's no success there the next thing to try would be using the NVIDIA control panel to force the game to use your graphics card. I'm not at home right now so I can't look up the exact buttons and tabs, but in the control panel you can go to a per-application list (add the Neir executable if ncessary, though it should already be on there). There should be an option there saying something like "Display Adapter: Use System Default"; change this to force it to run through your graphics card. If that doesn't work it wouldn't hurt to go through that list again and force off all the advanced settings (antialiasing, etc) to try to get the game using as little graphics memory as possible and trying to run it again.

Thanks for the input! I'll double check everything is setup correctly when I get home, and try the single monitor thing as well. I have already tried going into the NVIDIA control panel and forcing the application to run through my graphics card, but I haven't forced off all the other advanced settings.

The only other thing that I forgot to mention (although idk if it means anything at all...) is that I'm curious if it's something wrong with my directx 11. I see that this game uses it, and I also get a directx fatal error when trying to run FFXIV on directx 11 (but not on 9). For that game I can get around the issue by just running on dx9, but I was wondering if there might be some kind of link...
I did run the dxdiag tool and it didn't find anything odd so I kinda ruled it out.

I think I read somewhere on Steam, that it can try to render on CPU mainboard built in graphics card. Try go to Bios and disable this built in card.

After trying so many different things with no success it is FINALLY working. The solution was to unplug my second monitor :| I'm guessing that weird resolution was messing with it for some reason?
