How long does scent eliminator last?

I read that it lasts 30 real minutes. Is this true?

I use it a lot and honestly couldn't tell that it ever really works. And on a side note, does anyone know if you buy multiple bottles does it give you multiple bottles worth of charges, 10 each, so 2 bottles 20 charges?

300 sec. divided by 60 sec in a minute equals 5 minutes....that's my math...but I dunno... never used the stuff...i'm not up to that level

and thats in game 5 minutes, thats more like every 2.7 minutes our time, so you end up spraying that stuff all the time, bad move, should have sat downwind of a fire for 30 minutes like indians used to do before they went out, but nooOOOoooo you had to buy a can of stink shrink.

only use this stuff when you are closing in and they are down wind or close to it, this stuff has zero staying power, around 2.7 min tops, so use it when you are closing in, other wise, move around them so they dont pick up your scent. I buy as much of this stuff as i do ammo.
you get a much better bang for your buck with ammo than you do scent hidder.

Nah I think it's correct, I wouldn't be surprised if they just copied the one from The Hunter Classic and put it in COTW.

Devs said on one of the streams that scent eliminator lasts for 30 minutes in game. :P So i belive that 30 minutes in game equal 15 minutes irl.

lasts 300 seconds, you put it on and within four or five minutes they have your scent again.
