Graphical issues with AMD cards? Read this!
Some players have experienced issue where water and trees are not visible. Try this:

More specifically, make sure you don't have settings in AMD Settings/Catalyst that override the games' settings. Things should be set to "Use Application Settings" where applicable.
Gtx 650 Ti equivalent would be HD 7790 according to Toms Hardware forum ( http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1670804/gtx-660-gtx-650-2gb-amd-equivalent.html ).
Just so people have an idea for PC specs

Steam minimum settings computer should run this game, but the worst graphics spins all the time less than 20 / fps, sometimes it rises above 20 and then it works well, what to do?

All the surrounding is gray and I don't know why. I deleted the profile in the catalyst software but the texture mistakes are still here :/

i never use The AMD software i get 70 frames maxxed out with my r9280x 3gb, this game is just great, especially if you have a Wheel with force feedback, even if i'm still trying to understand button assignments and forces.

Hmm... Thats odd I don't have that issue. I don't use AMD's Radeon software settings for anything other than overclocking. I'm on a MSI branded AMD R7 250 gpu 1GB GDDR5. Gpu clocked @ 1140Mhz Memory clock @ 1150Mhz. The only thing I've noticed is when you go under swamp water on the way to town its like a whole new world underneath and when you are above water you dont see underneath it. I think thats normal for this game though.

Same I have 2 amd 260x and all the settings set to my standards in radeon software plus maxed out in game settings I dont see how a gtx 1060 is worse fps if I can get 45-73fps

Help me please.

After i play this for 10 to 15 minutes i get huge lag spikes then my game crashes. I tried all the video options and all the in game graphics options.

My specs:
AMD A10-7850k @ 4.2Ghz
AMD R7 370
8GB RAM

This just happend to me too: http://imgur.com/g9k2kn6
(sorry for the blurriness i took it as quick as i could before it crashed)
Specs:

AMD FX-6300
AMD HD RADEON 7870

Runs at:

1920x1080
Golden Eye no Vsync
Ingame everything ON
View set on 4200 from 3000
between 70-90 FPS

Game not optimized with Catalyst Control Center or this AMD Raptr ♥♥♥♥.

vsync is problematic regardless of gpu/game... I usually disable it

but I'd say 99% of the lag issues are due to poor optimization of game itself...

not unlike Arma 3 when it came out... horrible lag, regardless of system specs
