Just so people have an idea for PC specs
Same I have 2 amd 260x and all the settings set to my standards in radeon software plus maxed out in game settings I dont see how a gtx 1060 is worse fps if I can get 45-73fps
this problem lock the fps to 20
After i play this for 10 to 15 minutes i get huge lag spikes then my game crashes. I tried all the video options and all the in game graphics options.
My specs:
AMD A10-7850k @ 4.2Ghz
AMD R7 370
8GB RAM
This just happend to me too: http://imgur.com/g9k2kn6
(sorry for the blurriness i took it as quick as i could before it crashed)

AMD FX-6300
AMD HD RADEON 7870
Runs at:
1920x1080
Golden Eye no Vsync
Ingame everything ON
View set on 4200 from 3000
between 70-90 FPS
Game not optimized with Catalyst Control Center or this AMD Raptr ♥♥♥♥.
vsync is problematic regardless of gpu/game... I usually disable it
not unlike Arma 3 when it came out... horrible lag, regardless of system specs
