With Windows 10 I was getting just a black screen plus music. If you set the game to run with Windows 8 compatibility and disable fullscreen optimizations it works though.

I don't know if it's intended but time based achievement can be easily triggered by starting a time match 60:00 , press esc to go back to menu, start any other match and you get the achievement at the end.
